Application For The Welcome Club Concert Hall
A £50 fee is payable for all bookings
You may bring in your own buffet etc, but your guests cannot bring in food other than from the fish stall. Please do not leave uneaten food on the tables. Please do not bring in drink of any type.
We regret that prams, pushchairs and pets cannot be brought into the club due to insurance restrictions. Disabled wheelchairs are allowed.
A deposit of £50 is payable within 28 days of the booking being confirmed. This is returnable if the booking is fulfilled or cancelled one calendar month before the event.
All non-member guests are your responsibility and a list of their names should be provided three days before the event.
Please let us know well in advance if you require a later bar than 11:30PM (11:00PM Sundays) Alternative times are subject to staff availability and a charge of £25 per half an hour.
