Application For The Welcome Club Concert Hall

A £50 fee is payable for all bookings

Buffets should be arranged with Claire Stokes.  Please do not leave uneaten food on the tables. Please do not bring in drink of any type.

We regret that prams, pushchairs and pets cannot be brought into the club due to insurance restrictions. Disabled wheelchairs are allowed.

A deposit of £250 is payable within 28 days of the booking being confirmed. This is returnable if the booking is fulfilled or cancelled one calendar month before the event.
