Bands are expected to start at 9pm and finish at midnight with a break in between. I understand that two bands may start at 9:30; Lord Toffingham and Expose.

Members carrying their membership card may enter the hall and bring a LONG TERM partner in free. Entry is £5 for non members and members without their membership card. Please note that the hall may be booked for a private party on occasion and for ticketed events everyone has to pay the ticket price. Band music descriptions are below under ‘In their own words’

Our Halloween party is next week but Rona has told us on Facebook that the staff will be dressing up this week as well. Rona has also hinted that there may be a ‘spooky surprise for scariest costume’, so why not give your halloween outfit a run out this Saturday, especially if you cannot make our party next week

Fancy dress prizes of £50 each for best male and best female. Winners will be chosen by the band. 9pm to midnight. As usual, members are free, (on production of their membership card), non members and members without their card are £5 on the door.

Hit Parade: Hit Parade is a band armed with an extensive and varied repertoire from modern pop/rock to party classics.

Horizon 5: Essex based Rock/Indie/Pop Band. They say that music is the language of the soul, and this is certainly true for Horizon 5.

Lord Toffingham: glam rock

The 4 Pops: Five piece band Doctor Zero describe themselves as: Head Rocking, Foot Tapping, High Adrenaline R&B. The 4 Pops are 4 of the members from Doctor Zero.

The DeckerTones: 8-piece ska / reggae / rocksteady / 2tone covers band playing authentic ska and reggae from the late 60’s Trojan and Bluebeat scene.

The Elevators: playing songs by artists such as Bowie, Blondie, Doors, Pink Floyd, Stevie Wonder, Beatles, Bryan Adams, Bob Marley, U2, Black Sabbath and many others.
